We collect only what you give us at checkout (your email, business name and Google Maps link) plus public information about your business (your Google Business Profile, website and public listings). We use it to produce and deliver your audit and to email you about it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
When we contact a business by email, we only use an address that business published on its own website, and every email includes a way to opt out. We honour opt-outs within 10 business days.
We don't sell your information. We keep order details for as long as needed for accounting and support, and delete other data on request. To access, correct or delete your data, email locallift.audits@gmail.com or write to Local Lift, PO Box 59937, Whitefish, MT.
We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws, including Canada's PIPEDA and US state privacy laws where they apply.
